Replacement Policy

Exchange or replacement terms

  • We only offer a replacement of a product that might be damaged in transit or in case you have received the wrong product. We offer replacement of the same product if there are multiple quantities of the item available.

  • In case you have received the a damaged product or wrong product, follow the below mentioned steps :

    • Immediately notify us (within 1 day maximum) of receiving the order, via mail at contact@navratanjewellers.co.in or +91 9315723524 with images of the product and we will help arrange a replacement for you.

    •  Once your request for exchange is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick up. Please hand-over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags). We will send the exchange pieces once we have received the returned piece/s in our office in good condition. This process can take up to 10 to 12 working days.

    • Please note, exchange/replacement pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. 3 attempts are made by our logistics partner executives for the same.  In case the customer is unavailable for pick up and hasn’t intimated us about their unavailability or in case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge of Rs. 300 will be levied for triggering the pickup again.

    • Your new order gets shipped out as soon as the initial order is return picked up. Once the new order is created, you will receive confirmation over email/mobile.

Non Exchange or replacement scenarios

  • We don't provide replacement/exchange in the following cases.

    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

    • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

    • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent 
      Package refused by recipient.

    • Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. Please email or call us if you need more clarity, we will happily video call you to showcase our collection :)

    • Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

Exchange or replacement shipping process and policy

  • Free exchange/replacement shipping is applicable only when this cost does not exceed Rs. 70 and for pincodes covered by our courier partners. In case charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the new shipped product's total payment.

  • In case of non-serviceable pincodes, customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.50 towards shipping charges adjusted in the new total payment . 

  • To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to: P2 Shop No. G8 JOP Plaza, Navratan Jewellers Sector 18, in front of Mc'Donalds NOIDA.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refund Terms

  • We only refund full amount in case you have received a damaged/defective product and do not wish to get it replaced/exchanged for something else. 

  • No refund in case of any other circumstances. 

  • Please email us at contact@navratanjewellers.co.in or Whatsapp at +91 9315723524 with your order ID and images of damaged/defective product within 1 day of receiving the product.

  • After verifying the refund circumstances, we will initiate product pickup and refund process via bank account transfer. This may take 10 to 15 business days. Follow the below process for return pickup :

    • Immediately notify us (within 1 day maximum) of receiving the product, via mail at contact@navratanjewellers.co.in or +91 9315723524 with images of the product and we will help arrange a reverse pickup for you.

    • Once your request for refund is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick up. Please hand-over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags).

Please note, reverse pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the refund request. 3 attempts are made by our logistics partner executives for the same.  In case the customer is unavailable for pick up and hasn’t intimated us about their unavailability or in case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge of Rs. 300 will be levied for triggering the pickup again.

    • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Navratan Jewellers and accept Navratan's decision regarding the refund.

Cancellation Terms

  • Any cancellations can be processed within 6 hours of placing the order or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse whichever may be sooner.

  • To initiate a request for cancellation please write to us at +919315723524/ contact@navratanjewellers.co.in with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject. 

    • If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) via Bank account transfer. This transfer may take 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your bank account.

    • If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded via Bank account transfer once we have received the product.)

    • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Navratan Jewellers and accept Navratan's decision regarding the cancellation.
