Is your silver real? Is it hallmarked? What is it's purity?

  • Yes, our silver is pure and real. Each and every product is 92.5% pure (rest is made up of other metals like copper, brass etc.) and is marked with 925 stamp for authenticity.

What is your product's guarantee or warranty?

  • We provide only hallmarked genuine 92.5% pure silver and it comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Will stone color get discolored?

  • We assure you that our color stone jewellery will not fade with day to day use. We use high quality stones.

  • Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals and the stones in your jewellery will stay good as new!

Where can I physically see your jewellery?

  • We have an exclusive store in sector 18 Noida. Address is Shop No G8 P2 JOP Plaza, in front of McDonalds/ next to Titan Eye Plus.

My ornaments have turned black from shiny after sometime. Why so?

  • Silver naturally tarnishes due to a process called oxidization.

  • There are 2 ways of dealing with this – minimise the oxidation by storing the ornaments in air-tight pouches, and secondly, by gently polishing with a soft, dry cotton cloth and colgate powder. Once cleaned, remember to wipe dry and re-pack in air-tight pouches.

I want my product to be gift packed, can you do that?

  • Yes, we offer gift packaging at an additional cost of Rs 50.
