Is your silver real? Is it hallmarked? What is it's purity?

Yes, our silver is pure and real. Each and every product is 92.5% pure (rest is made up of other metals like copper, brass etc.) and is marked with 925 stamp for authenticity.

What is your product's guarantee or warranty?

We provide only hallmarked genuine 92.5% pure silver and it comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Will stone color get discolored?

We assure you that our color stone jewellery will not fade with day to day use. We use high quality stones.

Please avoid any physical harm or other exposure to any acidic chemicals and the stones in your jewellery will stay good as new!

Where can I physically see your jewellery?

We have an exclusive store in sector 18 Noida. Address is Shop No G8 P2 JOP Plaza, in front of McDonalds/ next to Titan Eye Plus.

My ornaments have turned black from shiny after sometime. Why so?

Silver naturally tarnishes due to a process called oxidization.
-
There are 2 ways of dealing with this – minimise the oxidation by storing the ornaments in air-tight pouches, and secondly, by gently polishing with a soft, dry cotton cloth and colgate powder. Once cleaned, remember to wipe dry and re-pack in air-tight pouches.

I want my product to be gift packed, can you do that?

Yes, we offer gift packaging at an additional cost of Rs 50.
